Tuesday – Qigong & Meditation: 17:00 – 18:00 (Mixed)

Wednesday – Meditation: 19:30 – 20:00 (Beginner friendly)

Saturday – Stretch & Shaolin Yoga: 12:30 -13:30 (Mixed)

Fees

Drop in – £15.00

5 class pass (£13 per class, valid for 7 weeks) – £65.00

10 class pass (£12 per class, valid for 12 weeks) – £120.00

20 class pass (£10 per class, valid for 15 weeks) – £200.00
