We have now passed the second week of the second lockdown in the UK. Social distancing and restrictions to the lives we knew before coronavirus are having measurable affects on everyone’s mental and physical health and wellbeing.

In this talk we are reviewing methods that have helped us to support our mental and physical wellbeing during the first lockdown. We share what worked for us and also explore personality types according to the five elements and give advice on how each type can bring their body and mind back into balance.
